lu•lu succeeds in making remarkable and wonderful ice cream that has quickly become well-known for its unique flavors and its dedication to the “farm to spoon” business model using local, seasonal products.

Nine flavors are offered daily, and due to its small batch production cycle there are sometimes more flavors each day – every
time a flavor sells out.  Seemingly standard flavors like seriously chocolate, vanilla bean and maple walnut push the envelope and
are bursting with flavor.  Because they are produced with only the best ingredients; using fresh Vermont product whenever
possible:  milk and cream from Monument Farms Dairy, maple syrup from neighbor #15 Schoolhouse Maple 
and locally raised eggs from our sister company Mary's at Baldwin Creek (just to name a few)
